用左 @hkgoodfish 的蘇格蘭扇貝王去煮!扇貝來自蘇格蘭無污染海域🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿幾日前新鮮生拆空運到港!因為向乾淨水域捕獲所以我平時唔食橙色個part今次都會食埋😋向屋企都可以用到米芝蓮餐廳嘅食材♥️

煎黃金扇貝技巧:
▶️一定要用㕑房紙巾索到好乾水,油熱先落鑊煎
▶️將帶子以12點鐘方向順時針放向平底鑊中煎,就可以知邊隻要反轉先
▶️唔好多手反嚟反去!每邊大火煎60-90秒再反轉另一邊
▶️煎好一面才加海鹽和牛油調味,一早下鹽可能會導致出水
